She's been in the business of beautiful objects all her life.   For more than 20 years, she owned and operated a successful fine jewelry store, Ann's Diamond Center, which is still in downtown Fuquay-Varina.   But even then, Ann always practiced interior design on the side.   No stranger to hard work or frugality, she grew up on a tobacco farm, thankful that her parents taught her that any job worth doing is worth doing well.    "I just like to get things done!" Ann says.
